Yes, for the AI processing step. The image is captured on your iPhone and sent to Phottr's cloud for background removal, retouching, and quality normalization. The export then comes back to your device.

Phottr works well for solid objects with clear shapes - clothing, footwear, electronics, furniture, accessories, and packaged goods. Very transparent, reflective, or highly complex objects can be more challenging, though the AI continues to improve.

Directly to Shoptet (matched to the right product by barcode), Google Drive, your iPhone's camera roll, or via API to any internal system - PIM, DAM, ERP, or custom pipeline.

Install the Phottr add-on in your Shoptet admin and connect it to your Phottr account. After that, photos export directly to your e-shop and are automatically matched to the right product using the barcode scanned at capture.

Yes. Phottr has a REST API and supports custom export pipelines into PIM, DAM, ERP, and other internal systems. For enterprise setups, we configure the integration based on your requirements.

When you scan a product's barcode at the start of a session, Phottr links all photos to that product identifier. Files are named and organized automatically - no manual renaming, no spreadsheet matching after the fact.

Phottr runs on a token-based system. You get free tokens when you download the app. Additional tokens can be purchased via the App Store (in-app purchase) or directly via card payment through Stripe. Enterprise and business plans are available with custom pricing.

Yes. Log in with the same Apple or Google account on each device and tokens are shared automatically. For larger teams with separate accounts across locations, we can set up an organization that links individual accounts together.

Yes. Enterprise includes Phottr Cloud - a dedicated cloud application for team-wide management, review and approval workflows, advanced post-processing, full data sync between field and office, and API access. Contact us for a custom plan.

Yes. You can purchase tokens directly via Stripe - card payment, with an invoice. This avoids the App Store fee and is typically more practical for business accounting. Contact us or use the purchase link on the pricing page.

iPhone is a strategic choice. iOS provides the technical consistency needed for computer vision and AI processing at the quality level Phottr requires. B2B customers also commonly use iPhones as professional tools. Android support is not currently planned.

In Phottr's cloud, running on Google Cloud infrastructure. The iPhone handles capture and guidance; all AI work (background removal, shadow, centering, retouching) happens in the cloud immediately after capture.

You can reshoot immediately and resubmit. If a job fails repeatedly, check your internet connection - slow or unstable connectivity is the most common cause. Persistent issues can be reported to support.
