Connect Phottr to Shoptet

Use this integration when you want to export finished product photos from Phottr directly into your Shoptet store. Exported photos are matched to products automatically by the field you choose during setup.

What this integration does

Phottr lets you export finished images directly from the mobile app into your Shoptet administration. The integration is built to remove the manual step of downloading images, uploading them on desktop, and assigning them product by product.

Photos are matched automatically using the product field you choose during setup. Depending on your catalog, this can be product code, EAN, serial number, or ISBN.

Before you start

  • You need a Shoptet store with access to the add-ons section.
  • You need the Phottr app on your iPhone.
  • Your products in Shoptet should already contain a field that can be used for matching.

How to connect Phottr to Shoptet

1. Open the Shoptet add-ons section

  1. Log in to your Shoptet administration.
  2. Go to the add-ons directory.
  3. Find the Phottr add-on.
  4. Click Connect.

2. Scan the QR code

  1. Point your iPhone camera at the QR code shown in Shoptet.
  2. If you already have the Phottr app installed, the QR code opens the integration setup directly.
  3. If you do not have the app yet, the QR code takes you to the app download first.

3. Choose the matching field in Phottr

  1. In the Phottr app, open the Shoptet integration settings.
  2. Select which field should be used to match exported photos to products in Shoptet.
  3. Choose one of these options: product code, EAN, serial number, or ISBN.

Once this is done, the integration is ready and you can start exporting product photos directly to your store.

How export works

After setup, you work normally in Phottr. When a product is processed and ready, export it from the app. The image is then sent straight to Shoptet and matched to the correct product using the selected field.

This is useful when you want a fast mobile workflow without moving files manually between phone and desktop.

Important note about export volume

If you use Phottr through an App Store subscription, the Shoptet add-on supports up to 400 exported photos per month. If you need more, contact sales@phottr.com about direct billing.
